To Connect a feature:

1. Right-Click on the Connections folder in the Feature Editor's Relationships tab.

   

2. Select Connect from the pop-up menu. The prompt reads "Edit Feature Properties > Select Feature To Connect".
3. Click on the feature to be connected. The Feature Editor displays the updated feature properties.
